Hey Mike... Good job! Looks a lot like you. I just wish you could have somehow blended the line work with the skin tones or simply replaced it with darker shadows or something... The lines are a little too sketchy and take away from the an otherwise excellent painting.
I guess I should put something up. I had fun doing this one.

work in some blacks,
and as konrad said, get some fleshier tones.
and A suggestion is just go over the lines with a dark solid lines, upload line art to illustrator then live trace
Helps with clean up a ton
