not going to change much to hand in for tomorrow. but i would love to get some feedback, because i will be attempting something like this again. the planet layout really disappointed me, Its just too muddy for my liking.
this is my first layout i would say im halfway done but i still get a feeling i have some more work to do liek the trees, the sky, and especially the mountains
this is my second layout personally im having trouble with this sucker if anyone can provide some feedback or helpful tips i would appreciate it alot thanks
My second layout, just going at it in photoshop, no line art. Any crits welcome, still in the pretty early stages. This is going to be more of the speed/matte/ implied detail kind of thing. Not going for a super finished look.
Hey guys, here's where I'm at with my layout. Made changes to the sizing, hes now a lot smaller. Also added tentacles creeping up from behind the walk way to imply a greater sense of danger and no escape. I'm having some issues on where to place foreground tentacles; any suggestions on that or anything else are more than welcome. Lost a lot of back ground detail to the JPEG, there are actually 2 round sewer grates in the top back behind Conan.
this is a painting i did with the help of some tips the C class provided to me im wondering if anyone can tell me wat i can do to "funk" this picture up a bit maybe some different styles of painting or brush styles? would be great
about 70% of the way there unfortunately this is where my production slows down to a turtle pace since i need to work on details and since the sculpey is too soft for that, i have to put it in the freezer for a half hour work on it an hour then repeat. this is gonna suck.
Almost done the monster, still need to colour the teeth and top. Not quite finished, still haven't done the under carriage area, not sure when I'll actually finish this.
Finally have something interesting to post... this thing is not fully finished... (requires a few more blending tweaks, teeth correction, etc).. but in general heres' my monster
